8月11日，应昆明东盟国际贸易投资促进会（以下简称东促会）会长何明邀请，四川决策咨询委副主任王海林（四川民促会）、云南国际经贸文化合作中心秘书长吴宏飞、云南省四川商会会长李政树、昆明市雅安商会会长徐世芬、昆明市隆昌商会会长李昊城等川籍商会会长一行，到访东促会，就一带一路建设及民营企业走向南亚东南亚就议题进行了座谈交流。交流中，吴宏飞秘书长介绍了云南建设辐射中心的情况以及昆明中央法务区为民营企业走出去提供全生命周期的海外权益维护的功能，王海林副主任认为三个定位中的把云南建设成为面向南亚东南亚辐射中心的定位是国家战略，大西南的民营企业应整合资源按照国家战略通过云南走向南亚东南亚，在新时代干出新作为。何明会长和与会的企业家皆表示，要抓住机遇，整合资源，利用好云南的区位优势，按照国家的战略布局，通过云南走向东南亚及南亚，寻求新时代更大的发展。

August 11, Kunming ASEAN International Trade and Investment Promotion Association (KAIPA) President He Ming invited Sichuan Decision-making Advisory Committee Deputy Director Wang Hailin (Sichuan Council for the Promotion of Democracy), Yunnan Province, Sichuan Chamber of Commerce President Li Zhengshu, Kunming City, Ya'an Chamber of Commerce president Xu Shifen, Kunming Longchang Chamber of Commerce, President Li Hao-cheng and other Chambers of Commerce from Sichuan, as well as the Secretary General Wu Hongfei of the Yunnan Center for International Economic and Trade Cooperation to have a discussion about how the private enterprise to go South Asia and Southeast Asia based on the Belt and Road Initiative. During the meeting, Wu Hongfei introduced the construction of Yunnan Radiation Center and Kunming Central Legal District for private enterprises to go out and provide full services of overseas rights and interests of the function and maintenance. Wang Hailin said that Yunnan as a radiation center for South Asia and Southeast Asia is a national strategy, the private enterprises of the Southwest China should be integrated resources in accordance with the national strategy through Yunnan to connect South Asia and Southeast Asia and make contributions in the new era. President He Ming and other entrepreneurs attended the meeting and said we should seize the opportunity, integrate resources, take advantage of the location of Yunnan,focus on the national strategic layout and seek greater development through Yunnan to Southeast Asia and South Asia.
