7月27日，上海大学悉尼工商学院师生一行40余人到访我会，我会秘书处及部分会员单位参与接待来宾并出席了交流座谈会。

On July 27, a group of more than 40 students and teachers from SILC visited KAIPA. Secretariat and some membership units of KAIPA participated in the forum.

会上，上海大学悉尼工商学院师生与我会领导围绕中国与东盟之间跨境电商、数字贸易、文化交流、互动合作等问题展开深入交流。

During the meeting, attendees had a deep discussion around cross-border e-commerce, digital trade, cultural exchanges and interactive cooperation between China and ASEAN.

上海大学悉尼工商学院国际部负责人顾浩东博士和硕士生导师陈军博士介绍了上海大学悉尼工商学院的基本情况。上海大学悉尼工商学院于1994年成立，合作方为澳大利亚悉尼科技大学，是国内成立最早的中外合作商学院。学院依托合作双方大学的综合优势，积极引进海外大学的优质教育资源，建立完善的质量保障体系，始终走在国内中外合作办学领域的前列。学院坚持以人才培养为中心，致力于培养具有国际视野、家国情怀，扎实专业素养、卓越创新能力和全球胜任力的应用型商科人才。未来，希望与昆明东盟国际贸易投资促进会（以下简称东促会）加强交流与合作，让师生亲临一线，切身实地的感受中国与东盟的经贸脉动。

Gu Haodong, Head of International Department , Professor Chen Jun from SILC introduced the school. The school was co-founded by Shanghai University (SHU) and University of Technology Sydney (UTS) in 1994, SILC Business School (SILC) was the earliest Sino-Foreign joint business school in China. The School was founded in alignment with regulations of the Ministry of Education on Sino-Foreign Educational Cooperation. By bringing together the best of SHU and UTS, integrating high-quality education resources from abroad, and adhering to strict quality assurance measures, SILC becomes one of the leading cooperative educational institutions in China. SILC is committed to cultivate business talents with international horizon, professional skills, innovation spirits, and global competency. In the future, SILC hopes to strengthen communication and cooperation with KAIPA, so that teachers and students can be on the front line to know more about the economic and trade between China and ASEAN.

受何明会长委托,副秘书长贺喜主持了交流座谈会。贺喜副秘书长表示，东促会始终秉持着“整合资源，合作共赢”的理念，在服务会员企业，整合经贸资源，开拓海内外市场等工作上，积极复盘过往经验，探索新方向，开发新模式，寻求对传统商会工作形式的突破。东促会以互联网、大数据、数字经济等新业态赋能传统贸易、物流，为会员企业和合作伙伴的发展寻找新的增长点。我们愿同上海大学悉尼工商学院开展更深入的合作交流，共同服务“一带一路”倡议建设，为区域经济建设添砖加瓦。

Entrusted by President He Ming, Deputy Secretary General He Xi was in charge of the meeting. He Xi said that KAIPA has always been adhering to the concept of "integrating resources, cooperation and win-win", and has been actively reviewing its past experience, exploring new directions, developing new modes, and seeking for breakthroughs in the traditional forms of chambers of commerce in terms of servicing its members, integrating economic and trade resources, and exploring domestic and overseas market. KAIPA empowers traditional trade and logistics with new business forms such as Internet, big data and digital economy, and seeks new growth points for the development of membership enterprises and partners. KAIPA are willing to carry out more in-depth cooperation with SILC and serve the "Belt and Road" initiative, and make contribution to the regional economy.

学生辅导员徐娴、中通云仓肖玉秀总经理、我会副会长康彬、执行秘书长杨恒亮、副秘书长兼会长助理陈洪霞先后作了交流发言。在互动提问环节，悉尼工商学院的同学根据所学的专业方向，针对东促会会建、南博会、面向东盟贸易发展方向及人才需求等提出了自己关心的问题，我会参会人员分别给以回答。

Instructor Xu Xian of SILC, General Manager Xiao Yuxiu of ZTO (Express) Cloud Warehouse Technology Co., Ltd, Vice President Kang Bin, Executive Secretary General Yang Hengliang, and Deputy Secretary General and Assistant Chen Hongxia of KAIPA delivered speeches successively. In the interactive question and answer session, students from SILC put forward their concerns about the construction of KAIPA, the South China Expo, the direction of ASEAN trade development and the demand for talents, etc., according to their major and the participants of KAIPA gave answers respectively.

    座谈会在热烈的气氛中结束，双方约定加强沟通联系，促进“产学研”良性互动，在推动面向东盟的跨境贸易，特别是数字交易方面共同探讨、密切合作。

  The symposium ended in a warm atmosphere, and both sides agreed to strengthen the communication and contact, promote the benign interaction between " study ,research,practice", and cooperate closely in promoting the cross-border trade towards ASEAN especially at the digital transaction.
