The East Asia Summit should comply with the wishes of countries in the region, promote political security and economic and social development in a balanced manner, bring together the joint forces of anti-epidemic and recovery, calibrate the direction of development, and maintain an ASEAN-centered, open and inclusive regional cooperation structure. All member states of the ASEAN Regional Forum should establish a common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security concept, respect the social system and development path independently chosen by each country, adhere to genuine multilateralism, and maintain the international system with the United Nations as the core and international law as the foundation. the international order. We should bridge differences through dialogue and consultation, and accommodate each other's legitimate security concerns. It is necessary to coordinate the response to food and energy security and combat all forms of terrorism and extremist forces. The member states of the ASEAN Regional Forum emphasized that they should continue to promote confidence-building measures, steadily carry out preventive diplomacy, and make positive contributions to lasting peace and sustainable development in the region.
