7月3日，受专家组组长郭竞鸣邀请，中国富硒联盟副主席萧志龙一行莅临昆明东盟国际贸易投资促进会（以下简称东促会）。何明会长率东促会全体人员对萧志龙一行的到来表示了热烈的欢迎。

Xiao Zhilong vice president of China Selenium Industry Alliance, was invited by Guo Jingming the leader of the expert group to visit Kunming ASEAN International Trade and Investment Promotion Association (KAIPA) on July 3. President He Ming and all the staffs of KAIPA expressed a warm welcome to the arrival of Xiao Zhilong and his delegation.

座谈会上，何明会长介绍道，东促会于2022年5月完成了换届选举，第二届理事会选举我担任会长。经过一年多时间的发展，东促会得到了各级政府部门和有关领导的支持帮助，吸纳了一批优质会员企业，架设了政府部门与企业、社团沟通的桥梁，汇聚了丰富的商事资源。未来的工作中，东促会将坚持以积极融入国家“一带一路”倡议为使命，响应国家“走出去”号召，与合作伙伴、会员企业一道，将我会的影响力辐射到整个东盟，发掘东盟丰富的资源，开拓东盟广袤的市场，为区域经济繁荣做出贡献。

During the seminar, President He Ming introduced that KAIPA has completed the general election in May 2022, and he was elected as the president by the second council . After more than one year of development, KAIPA has received lots of supports and assistance from government and relative leaders, a number of high-quality enterprises joined KAIPA , which set up a bridge between government, enterprises and KAIPA. Meanwhile, it has gathered a wealth of commercial resources though KAIPA. In the future, KAIPA will adhere to the mission of "One Belt, One Road" , actively respond to the national call "go global", cooperate with partners and membership enterprises to strengthen the influence of KAIPA throughout ASEAN, explore the rich resources of ASEAN, explore the vast market of ASEAN, and make contribution to the regional economic prosperity.

萧志龙对东促会的工作表达了赞扬，在介绍中国富硒联盟时，他表示，联盟是由积极投身于富硒产业，从事富硒产品及应用的研究、开发、生产、服务的企、事业单位及有关机构自愿组成的非营利性社会组织。联盟致力于贯彻执行我国关于富硒产业发展的方针、政策、规划，协助政府提升产业整体的技术研发及生产水平，推进富硒产业标准化与信息化的规范与应用，联合各方力量，普及富硒健康知识，促进在我国建设完善的富硒产业链和成熟健康的市场。

会后，何明会长为萧志龙副主席颁发了《专家组专家聘用书》和会徽，正式聘用萧志龙为东促会专家组专家。

Xiao Zhilong expressed his praise for the work of KAIPA. He introduced that the China Selenium Industry Alliance is a non-profit social organization voluntarily founded by enterprises and related institutions. The alliance members worked for the development of selenium-enriched products and applications. The Alliance is committed to China's guidelines, policies and plans on the development of the selenium industry, assisting the government to improve the overall technical research and development of the production level of the industry. It promotes the standardization and application of the selenium industry. The alliance will unite social power to popularize the health knowledge of selenium and promote the construction of a perfect selenium industry chain and a mature market in China. After the seminar, President He Ming issued the "Letter of Engagement for Expert Group" and the emblem to Vice Chairman Xiao Zhilong, officially employed Xiao Zhilong as an expert of KAIPA.
