7月17日，“弘扬郑和精神，促进中马合作”主题座谈交流在昆明东盟国际贸易投资促进会（以下简称东促会）举办。参加此次座谈会的来宾有：云南国际经贸文化合作中心秘书长吴宏飞，助理李浩宇、杨锦姜；云南菡豆文化发展公司总经理张正忠；中国马来西亚商会会长李育良，署理会长张絖雱。

On July 17, a seminar on the theme of "Carrying forward the spirit of Zheng He and promoting China-Malaysia cooperation" was held in Kunming ASEAN International Trade and Investment Promotion Association (KAIPA). Guests attending the seminar included: Secretary General of Yunnan International Economic, Trade and Cultural Cooperation Center, Wu Hongfei, assistants Li Haoyu and Yang Jinjang; General Manager of Yunnan Handou Culture Development Company, Zhang Zhengzhong; and President of China-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce(CMCC), Li Yuliang, and Acting President Zhang KuangPang.

东促会副秘书长兼会长助理陈洪霞向来宾介绍东促会的成立及发展情况，她表示，东促会始终致力于为来自各行各业的优秀企业搭建合作、交流的平台，在服务“一带一路”倡议沿线建设、响应国家“走出去”号召的过程中，实现东促会的经济效益和社会价值。

Chen Hongxia, Deputy Secretary General and Assistant to the President of KAIPA, introduced the establishment and development of KAIPA to the guests. She said that KAIPA has always been committed to building a platform for cooperation and exchange for outstanding enterprises from all walks of life, and realizing economic benefits and social values in the process of servicing the construction along the "One Belt, One Road" Initiative and responding to the call of "Go Global". 

何明会长谈到，600年前，郑和第一次下西洋就到达了马六甲，为中马关系的发展打下了深厚的基础。2022年，中马两国双边贸易额突破2000亿美元，两国各领域的合作交流，随着“一带一路”倡议建设的发展，更加多元、开放和包容。未来，东促会将秉持“合作共赢”的核心理念，与更多像中国马来西亚商会这样优秀的组织和企业合作，促进区域经济社会发展。

President He Ming said that 600 years ago, Zheng He reached Malacca on his first voyage to the West, laying a deep foundation for the development of China-Malaysia relations. In 2022, the bilateral trade volume between China and Malaysia exceeds 200 billion U.S. dollars, and cooperation and exchanges between the two countries in various fields will become more diversified, open and inclusive with the development of the "One Belt, One Road" Initiative. In the future. KAIPA will uphold the core concept of "win-win cooperation", and cooperate with more excellent organizations and enterprises like CMCC to promote the economic and social development of the region.

吴宏飞秘书长在发言中谈到，今年是“一带一路”倡议提出十周年，明年是中国和马来西亚建交50周年，在这样一个特别的时间节点，两国经贸、文化等领域的合作交流，都应迈上更高的台阶，特别是像东促会和中国马来西亚商会这样的民间组织，如果能够有机的结合，将所服务的会员企业更紧密的串联到一起，促进经济要素和资源要素更高效、更自由的流动，对于推动中马两国乃至整个东盟地区走向更开放、更包容、更普惠的经贸合作关系具有重要意义。

Secretary General Wu Hongfei said that this year is the 10th anniversary of the "Belt and Road" initiative, and next year is the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia, at such a special point in time, the two countries' cooperation and exchange in the fields of economy, trade, culture and other fields should be stepped up to a higher level, especially the civil organizations such as KAIPA and CMCC. If We can organically combine and link the member enterprises to serve more closely together, and promote a more efficient and freer flow of economic and resource factors, it is a great significance to promote China and Malaysia and even the whole ASEAN region towards a more open and inclusive  economic and trade cooperation relationship.

张絖雱表示，马来西亚是亚洲地区重要的多元化新兴工业国家，也是世界重要经济体，国内有传统农业、海洋捕捞、电子、汽车、钢铁、石油化工等产业，马来西亚营商环境优良，开放、包容的迎接来自世界各地的投资者与企业家。马来西亚国内约四分之一的人口是华人，他们写汉字，说汉语，是海外中华文化的重要传承者。未来，希望同东促会一道，更新思维模式，开拓视野，携手共进，合作共赢。

Mr. Zhang said that Malaysia is an important diversified emerging industrial country in Asia and an important economy in the world, with traditional agriculture, marine fishing, electronics, automotive, steel, petrochemical and other industries in the country. Malaysia has an excellent business environment, and it is open and accommodating in welcoming investors and entrepreneurs from all over the world. About one-fourth of Malaysia's population is Chinese, who write and speak Chinese characters and are important inheritors of Chinese culture overseas. In the future, we hope to work together with KAIPA to update the mode of thinking, broaden vision, and work together for win-win cooperation.
